What payment methods do you accept? TOP
Currently, I accept all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not need to register for a Paypal account in order to pay.
Please keep in mind that I will not start working on your order until payment is made in full and has cleared. Paypal payment must be made immediately or I will cancel your order.
What should I know about my necklace before ordering? TOP
Note: All discs are hand stamped by me. Please remember that each will look different from the next and will vary from the picture shown. As with all hand crafted items, there are no flaws … just character and idiosyncrasies.
* Comes ready to give in a cute muslin drawstring bag! * Please read all my policies before purchasing. * Please allow 3-5 weeks for the completion of your pieces. It won't always take that long, but life happens sometimes. :)
* All original designs are copywritten. Do not steal.

All of my shipping is done USPS first class and comes with delivery confirmation. If you want something expedited, with insurance, please let me know and we will send you an updated Paypal invoice based on the exact cost of that service.
Please know that I cannot and will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected mail. I always suggest you pay for insurance, signature upon arrival, etc. I try my best to keep shipping costs down, but please know that this price not only includes shipping, but the materials used to get your product to your safely and in good shape.
How long will it take for me to get my jewelry? TOP
Please allow 3-5 weeks to create your custom piece. *
I stamp each letter/number, shape, file, shine, oxidize, and polish every one of my jewelry pieces by hand, so please understand that I simply CANNOT ship your item the day you order it. Your creation will be done by me, as I do not have others working for me. I am a one woman show! :)
*All production/shipping time estimates are based on Her Southern Charm's open business days.
* Depending on the seasons, it may not always take this long. During the busy holiday seasons, I will need the full amount of time, however. Please order early!
Do you offer rush orders? TOP
I do offer rush orders for an extra fee of $20 per item ordered. I will get the order out within 3 working days. This does not include any rush shipping fees.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges? TOP
Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds are NOT given. You can return an item for a full refund in case of a defect or a misspelling error on my part. I try to be flexible but reserve the right to deny an exchange for any reason. Please make sure to check out ALL information/policies given and ASK QUESTIONS if unsure of something. I will answer to the best of my ability.
I do not offer refunds for shipping errors (ie. getting lost or damaged in the mail). If you'd like to upgrade shipping, please let me know, and I will send you a revised invoice.
What are your store hours? TOP
My business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am until 6pm CST. During these hours, I will be working on the jewelry, shipping orders, taking care of paperwork and answering emails. Sometimes I do answer emails after hours and on weekends but I cannot promise that.
However, you can order online 24/7! :)
I ship on average 2-3 times per week.

Do you do wholesale? TOP
Note: Depending on the size of your wholesale order, please allow up to 6-8 weeks for your order. I do not mass produce my products, nor do I hire out. These are all done by me, the artist, and will take time to make. Thank you for understanding. Is there a Christmas order deadline? TOP
As of December 5th, I will no longer be taking orders for the remainder of the year.

Why does every item say 'sold'? Why can't I purchase anything? TOP
Unfortunately, we've had to close up shop for the remainder of 2009. Fortunately, it's because we are swamped with orders!
This break allows us to catch up on all our orders and to get them out to our customers on time. Most importantly, this allows us time to spend with our family and friends during this special season.
We will return after the holidays with new designs (as well as old favorites) on January 4th.
